Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FingerprintHub API and website (the "Service"), operated by HappyMeg ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

FingerprintHub provides a REST API that returns cached trading-strategy statistics and charts aggregated from publicly available third-party sources. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those sources. The Service is a data-access tool only.

3. Accounts & API keys

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password and API key confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and key, including any usage charges. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may regenerate your key at any time from your dashboard.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's rights or terms;
• circumvent rate limits, usage caps, authentication, or billing;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data or the Service except as expressly permitted in writing.

5. No financial advice; data accuracy

The data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. It is aggregated from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Trading carries substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service, and you use the data at your own risk.

6. Billing & payments

The Service is prepaid and usage-based. You add balance via cryptocurrency through our payment processor (NOWPayments); requests are charged against that balance at the prices shown in your dashboard, which we may change with notice. When your balance reaches zero your account is suspended until you top up. Because payments are made in cryptocurrency, top-ups and balances are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for any taxes on your use of the Service.

7. Availability & changes

We provide the Service on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis and do not guarantee any particular uptime, latency, or data freshness. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL HappyMeg BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including billing, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law
